  一生的历程      

    读经是个人的经历,也是个媒介,使我们与神有更亲密的相交,使人喜悦、生命更新。

    这一册会帮助你一章一章的研读新约圣经;只要你能掌握基本的读经原则,便可继续以这种方法查经,养成终生受用的习惯。

    这里,你将学习以分析理解法研读帖撒罗尼迦前书。下面是学习这方法的三个基本步骤:

    *概览全书  即把全书速读一次,以求得大概的印象,而毋须特别理会其细节。

    *逐章分析  目的是个别研习每一章,注意每一章的教导重点。

    *总结全书  在完成五章后,把学习所得组织起来,写下结论。

    请别忘了求神在每一步上引导你,正如诗篇一一九篇三十四节说的:「求你赐我悟性,我便遵守你的律法,且要一心遵守。」

    最后需要一提的,是在完成全书前,最好别参考其他辅助读物。只管让圣灵透过圣经与你直接交谈吧。

 

1  帖前全书概览

 

    首先略读帖撒罗尼迦前书,得全书的梗概;这样,你在日后研读每一章时,便方便多了。所以,现在应尽量了解全书的背景和主题。

    其实要熟悉帖撒罗尼迦前书最有效的方法莫如把全书读完再读。事实上,帖前的篇幅不长(在大部分的译本中,帖前只有三至五页),所以,即使一口气把它读完也只会花上几分钟,并不费时。另外,可以比较不同的译本,亦不妨诵读出来。

2  帖前第一章

 

 

    现在要分析帖撒罗尼迦前书的每章经文,将分析结果记录下来。首先写出经文的大意,然后逐节默想,最后写下你的结论。这几个研习步骤,可助你找出将经文应用在你身上的方法,并记下研习心得。

    开始之前,把第一章阅读数次,经文中若有什么吸引你的地方,可以把它记录下来,然后在做完习作的时候,写下你把第一章读了的次数。

    你或许要参考多本现代译本圣经*,但你必须根据忠于圣经原文的译本,来逐章分析经文。

 

内文叙述

 

    你读了一遍之后,首先应覆述第一章的内容,但不要试图演译经文,因为你的目的是看经文在说什么,而不是找出经文这样说的原因。

    要描述一段经文,方法之一是把原文用以解释的字句删掉,再写一遍,于是,剩下的便只有主位、动词、受位。这方法在处理特别累赘的经文尤其有效。

    这样,你便能很快的掌握到经文的脉胳。

    而第二个方法,就是用提纲总结的形式,表达原文。首先,把整篇经文分成若干段(圣经的原文是没有分段的,而大部分的译本则已有分段,但你亦可自行分段),然后用一至两句撮述内容。细节部分自然不能完全包括,所以不要介意,只要这大纲能在日后容纳其他细节便行了。

逐节默想

 

    读帖前的重心是一节一节的默想,每章如是。这样,你便要花较多的时间由一节跳往下一节。

    你的感受,可按下面四个大题目记录下来:观察、问答、参考、评语与笔记。

    *观察  你只需注意经文在说什么。为求观察准确,你可这样问自己:

    经文中有哪些人物?

    经文想表达什么概念或教训?

    发生了什么事件?

    这些概念或事件的结果是什么?

    这一切在哪里发生?

    经文提出了什么原因或目的?

    事情是怎样结束的?

    当然你不能把所有的观察都记下,所以只着重那些刺激你进一步思想下去的部分,但是不要忽视那明显的部分。

    *问答  这部分较费时,但却带给你默想中最大的收获。随着你对圣经知识的增加,你会有更多的疑问,因此,你会有更深的体验。就这样,你的知识与了解便不断增强。

    如果一个问题有多个答案,你可把它们全部记录下来,因为圣经未必在每一处都提出明显的答案,所以不必坚持要找到一个答案为止。反而值得注意的,是神想表达的是什么意思。其实,不写答案反比写下答案好,因为你可用更多时间仔细想想。同时,若日后有发现,亦可记录下来。

    一个问题常常会刺激我们查究圣经其他地方。事实上,圣经本身就是最好的释经书。这就是所谓以经释经了。甲段的内容往往能解释乙段经文的含义。

    *参考  例如第二、三节:

    最好的参考资料其实是圣经本身,以往你背过的许多经文。倘若你背经有限,可运用《经文汇编》,或自己在圣经旁边写下的笔记。

    *评语与笔记  这部分是专为你记录个人的感想和有关生活实践的意念。

真理应用

 

    信徒若不实践真理,读经便只是纯接收知识。实践真理就是把圣经的教训在生活中行出来,也就是明白圣经给你个人的讯息,又作出相应的行动。

    诗人说:「我思想我所行的道,就转步归向你的法度。我急忙遵守你的命令,并不迟缓。」(诗一一九5960

    顺服神,领受他的指引又行出来,便是读经的最大收获。我们并非偶然间就可应用真理,而是需要有决心和行动的。

    若要清晰知道自己的计划,就须把它写出来,使你能按部就班具体的去做。试参考下列问题,这些问题可以帮助你应用圣经:

    我有没有需要避免去犯的罪?

    我有没有把握神的应许

    我有没有找到可效法的榜样

    我有没有要遵守的命令

    这经文怎样增加我对神和耶稣基督的认识

    以上五个问题必须常记心中。
